Welcome to our Jaipoo Natural Collection & Hospitality Private Limited. By accessing or using our site and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.
1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. Guests must provide accurate personal details (with Aadhar card, passport or any government ID proof) during the reservation process. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is successfully completed. Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Payment Policy
Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options. Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled at the time of check-out.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified in the booking confirmation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of advance payments. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the refund policy.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out according to the chosen hotel/accomodation. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect hotel property and staff. The management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests involved in inappropriate or disruptive behavior. The Company is not responsible for this type of conduct.
6. Liability Disclaimer
The Jaipoo Naturo Collection & Hospitality Private Limited is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings. Use of hotel facilities is at guests’ own risk.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
